Can i ask this Question ? Or you truly happy or does stuff run through your mind to upset you cause I'm so confused about my life

I’ve determined a place of constant happiness doesn’t exist. You must have both and acceptance is the peace you find between. That’s as close as you get. When I feel really horrible now, I remind myself I am alone, no one can help me and I have to pull through. Life is beautiful and fun and erotic and I will make it interesting. Happy? No, I can’t make life happy because it isn’t.
