I eat one meal a day at around 6-7 pm. I don't get hungry until that time. I trained my body. So much of hunger is subconscious expectations. Was painful and took like a month to do though.

I eat one meal a day as well around the same time. I love how I feel and the energy I have throughout the day. I only drink water and black coffee until I have dinner.
