I eat one meal a day at around 6-7 pm. I don't get hungry until that time. I trained my body. So much of hunger is subconscious expectations. Was painful and took like a month to do though.

I'm a terrible traveling companion. I'm like the baby you try to get to sleep by taking them for car rides. I am asleep within 20 minutes. I'm fine if I'm driving. Just can't be a passenger. Sleep time. Even if not tired
