I eat one meal a day at around 6-7 pm. I don't get hungry until that time. I trained my body. So much of hunger is subconscious expectations. Was painful and took like a month to do though.

@Coppercoil They say when we get older if we eat healthy we only really need two meals a day at most. But I don’t want to eat everything in one meal that late in the evening. I would prefer to divide it up into 2 meals and a very light one for dinner, like a bowl of soup (which is lighter and satisfying too) or a salad.
@cherokeepatti that's what i want to do but im kinda ocd.. once i get in a pattern and form a kind or ritual around something i get locked it. Eventually i think ill do that though. Much better for the body.. well.. i think anyway.
@Coppercoil Over 10 years ago I did an every-other-day fast for 6 weeks. The first day without eating was a little uncomfortable but I slept really good that night so it helped motivate me. I would eat normally & healthy the next day and eventually cut back how much I was eating. I could do that again. I felt better.
