What if your interviewers digging your life in social media?

Do you shut down your social media? (If you don't want to be cancelled).

Do you think it is right for them to decline you just because your comments or posts in social media?

Sometimes, I fear I might get cancelled in real life because of my social media activities.

@smiler2012 one could argue that it is but there are employers that do monitor it. Such as teachers.

@SW-User teachers you can understand they might make deep checks as obviously you do not want anyone teaching kids with a criminal conviction involving harming kids
