How to get rid being distress permenantly?

Lately, I am very irritated, agitated I feel rushing like I want everything is perfect. I will lash out if I don't like it or being passive agressive.

Sometimes I feel optimistic and keeps quoting people how they have surivived etc.. It's not always work.

I feel distress is endless. Like today is tormentation, tomorrow shall be agonizing and the next will be excruciating.

My head and my body is like being under pressured and I have reached the boiling point. It really get so hard when I feel like want to vent them all but more inconvience like that is how much I am in pain. I always beg to God that please stop my misery. I know God isn't real but whatver that, it just a habit I used to.

Anyway, day after day I feel really exhausted mentally and physically until at some point I feel everything I do is only vain.
