Oh man. Try short study bursts, quiz yourself instead of just reading, and take a 5-10min break, don’t underestimate a good nap or snack. Little wins add up and best of luck!!! ♥

I usually would pass out. I did during an online exam too once, but tbf I had a migraine and accidentally took a whole Vicodin instead of the half I planned to 🤣
Rest can help before trying to study again!

Take a break from the books and get some exercise. Run, ride a bike, go to the gym...something to get the heart rate going. And then relax afterward. When you've recovered, go back to studying. Should help clear the brain fog.

I find that just reading something as a way to study does not engrain itself in your brain nearly as much as writing down the pertinent points.
When you write something it occupies a place in your mind that is more easily recalled than just reading it.
When you become distracted, step away from it and do something else to clear your mind.
Without full focus, you will not retain. Better to have shorter periods of clear focus than long periods of distracted focus.
Good luck!

I make concise notes and then keep going through them and testing my memory. For instance, I might condense an entire study textbook into 3 or 4 pages of the most relevant notes and then memorise those. I also do mock tests where they are available.

Keep trying to absorb all the knowledge I can even if it’s through blood sweat and tears.

Find a pen with a very fine point, take a small scrap of paper the size of a postage stamp. Write all your notes for the whole chapter on the small scrap of paper. The level of concentration required to do this will imprint the information in your brain with remarkable effect!

Take notes, before burnout, then just rewrite them a few times before the test.

Practice the three Ms to clear the mind. Meditation, masturbation, and methamphetamines.

@Prettybratbi1tch the legal kind. Adderall or Vyvanse. Glass rots your teeth.
