I'm currently reading The Grapes of Wrath, anyone to share any opinions?

@deadinternet In my head I'm still about 25 - I don't believe my birth certificate which says I'm coming up to 72 🤣

@deadinternet I love books! Purely as a hobby - my other main hobby was food & drink, which I managed to make a lifelong career out of.

@NativePortlander1970 We had that read to us in Primary School (about age 10). I have re-read it as an adult. It's good but not as nuanced, in my opinion, as some of his other work.

@ArtieKat I think it's his best poignant work other than Grapes of Wrath.
