Are you a morning or night person? Had it changed throughout your life?

I have always been a morning person but loved the night too! Given the right company and entertainment I will stay up late and enjoy the company/entertainment still.

I used to be a night owl, now that I'm older, I prefer to go to bed early and wake up early.

I'm made to be a morning person, but being married to my husband who has been known to stay up past 6 in the morning has corrupted me somewhat.

morning but i know work in sprints where i work or do something take a nap go again take a nap / which has me up late some nights after falling asleep around 7 pm ish for 3-4 hours.

I'm a morning person now which I never, ever would have expected. I used to do best going to be at 2 or 3 and waking up at 10. Now, I'm usually in bed by 10 and waking up at 6 or 7.

I was a night person for a long time and changed to morning person. Once in a while I'll stay up late just to feel the night..

Used to be a morning person when I worked as a nurse but now I work from home so I’m more of a night person now.

I think I'm fundamentally a night person, but right now I'm more of a morning person because of how it works with my schedule. I like the times of day when there's few people around.
