The Queen: Goodbye after Seventy Years

Monday 19th September will be a tough, emotional and sad day for many of us here in Britain as we say goodbye to the only Head of State most of us have ever known.

Why that day? She died last week. And consider the positive, that she lived to be 96.

@AdaXI We do in Judaism. The remains are returned to the earth as soon as possible because the dead do not belong among the living. That also is why there traditionally is no embalming and no viewing of the body. The mourning period begins after interment. Seems bizarre to drag the process out for nearly two weeks.
