Putin's verbal diarrhea, is designed for domestic consumption. Much like Trump's bullshit is designed for MAGA consumption.

While use of nukes if not off the table, if the existence of a state, is at risk, the point of having nukes, is not to use them.

President Biden made it clear to Putin that we will not hesitate to respond to any nuclear attack in kind, at the risk of destroying humanity, and we made sure he got it loud and clear.
