Is Megan Markle evil

I think the one that really needs watching is Camilla Parker Bowles. She looks to be a sly, conniving woman, and has previous (heavily implied in the Charles-Diana spilt up). Evil is a bit strong, but certainly manipulative. More so than a 100 Megan Markles.
