Why is it mostly moderates calling for Biden to step aside, whereas the left wing mostly supports him continuing the race?
I consider myself left wing, not moderate, but I want President Biden to step aside.

@mysteryespresso I saw a poll that showed most Democratic voters want Biden to step aside by a margin of 56%-42%. So we’re divided, but those voters thinking like me are significantly more common at the moment. Unfortunately, the party elites who would potentially have the influence to convince Biden to step aside are either in the “ridin’ with Biden” camp or are too afraid to speak up.
