Some of the rest are a second job because salaries are not keeping up with inflation

Trump is the only post-WWII president to lose jobs
Biden restored all the jobs Trump lost and has added more jobs in every month in office than Trump did in his four failed years.

Any way you look at it, unemployment has been much better under Biden than during Trump.
