Is The Democratic Party Actually Going to Allow Biden to Debate Trump?

There is no reason for Biden to debate Trump. Trump cannot tell the truth, not even for a short period of time, and the American people deserve better than an hour of unending lying.

You've got it backwards. Trump's handlers won't allow him to debate Biden. Trump's dementia has progressed to the point where he may not be able to handle a debate. Also, he's guaranteed to get the following question:

"Suppose Congress passes a nationwide abortion ban. Will you sign it?"

That's an easy one for Biden, he will just say "no." But it puts Trump in the position of not being able to answer. If he says "yes," he alienates the moderates he needs to win, and if he says "no," he alienates his base. There's no way his handlers will allow him to have to answer that.

Trump will weasel out of the debate by refusing to accept conditions like a microphone cutoff to prevent interruptions, or not having a right-wing Trump fluffer as moderator, or no audience, or whatever. Trump doesn't need to debate anyway as his cult won't abandon him over that. Debates have been pretty worthless over the past few cycles, where the only interest is in whether a candidate either screws up or lands a zinger. It's not like we need them to make up our minds; everyone knows who the candidates are.

Biden beat Trump in the debates in 2020; he'll do it again. Trump's main "debate" technique is to interrupt and shout down everyone else. If a debate doesn't happen, it'll be because Trump will refuse to accept any conditions that would prevent his interrupting and shouting down his opponent.

The only way President Biden should debate the traitor is if both are enclosed in soundproof booths where the audio feed could be immediately cut off. Each candidate would be permitted “x” number of minutes to answer a specific question from the moderator confined to policy. If the candidate veered off topic, the audio would immediately be cut and switched to the opponent or the next question.

Quad Indicted simply can’t debate. But, then again, what mental two year old temper tantrum throwers can?

This will quickly and fairly demonstrate that QI has no coherent policies and can’t even comprehend the issues.

Why? Biden and Trump are identical in their politics. Debate what? Genocide vs colonizers removing people in their way? Endless war vs global domination by NATO? Ecocide vs killing everything?
