It's quite common for people to buy property with cash. Cash in this context doesn't mean you turned up with a trailer full of notes. It means you didn't have a mortgage. If you've sold a previous property or whatever you can often buy outright. He's not a factory worker, he has some wealth.

@Abstraction Yes, but he did NOT sell his first home. He didn't make enough money in his previous jobs to support his palatial first home and still have THREE million in cash to buy the beach house.
He had no side hustles, (according to him), and we all KNOW he didn't sell his Porsche. He is a lousy money manager, (as demonstrated by the way he is handling the national budget).
BTW...I bought a house with cash. So I KNOW what a cash buyer is.
