it's not hard to raise that kind of capital, I'm sure he sold some of his shares in Halliburton, and Boom, 3 million in the bank.

My point was more to the fact, that while "they" on Capitol Hill have choosing and taking sides, "they," in fact, are in league together. Dick Cheney, after leaving office, became CEO of Halliburton, and since, Halliburton has received billions of dollars in contracts from the Federal Government. "They" basically make themselves richer off the backs of the American worker.
