Does anyone know any details about Biden's proposed changes to the Farm Bill?

I have heard it is a massive bill, and this morning, House Members from Kansas and Iowa appeared on the news to protest it. They say that the new proposed bill will put farmers out of business...particularly with the control of American water...taking water away from farmers.

Like so many things Biden does, it makes no sense. Why put farmers out of business and create MORE food shortages?

Better let them farmers farm....... we are going to have alot more people to feed soon.

@MayorOfCrushtown We've already got them. I've got a feeling they won't be able to afford to feed themselves, either. Unfortunately, most of them are going straight onto Medicaid, and we are paying for it...and if you are on Medicaid, you qualify for Welfare...and food stamps.
