Does anyone know any details about Biden's proposed changes to the Farm Bill?

I have heard it is a massive bill, and this morning, House Members from Kansas and Iowa appeared on the news to protest it. They say that the new proposed bill will put farmers out of business...particularly with the control of American water...taking water away from farmers.

Like so many things Biden does, it makes no sense. Why put farmers out of business and create MORE food shortages?

I'm pretty sure it includes lining up the farmers and their families and cows against the barn wall and executing them.

This stuff can not be allowed! The guy is going to kill us all!
