Isn't It Becoming More Apparent, Obama Taught Joe Everything He Know's About Being A President?

Unlike Biden, Obama can actually string together a complete sentence. And as far as I know, he can actually keep his hands off underage girls. Not an Obama fan, but he is better than Joe, which aint sayin much.

Actually, Biden always disagreed with Obama on a few issues. That's why Biden's been a better president.
