If only it was available... it is your choice though, so if if you want to risk yourself its your choice. No different to smoking or having fizzy drinks. As someone who has asthma and caught Covid a few months ago, If I didn’t get my Covid vaccine and booster, I would have been in worse condition and probably in the hospital. If the vaccine caused “so much harm” there would have been a huge recall on Covid vaccines by now.
