So did he say it was a” garbage” or didn’t he?

First Biden tells a reporter that the reports of $450K [image deleted]payments to illegals at the border who were separated from their families is “ garbage”
Then he denies in a follow up that he said that.
He’ either lying or does not have the mental ability to remember what he says.

Has anyone in the media yet asked about how much the lawyers of the plaintiffs will get paid if the awards go through?

Considering how trial lawyers are some of the biggest contributors to the Democrat party and candidates, there's always a question about whether these are truly arm's length agreements when lawyers who contribute to politicians, who in turn appoint DOJ officials and judges, who in turn make deals with the same lawyers who contributed to the politicians. Considering that it's the taxpayers' money being paid, I think we all have a right to know who are representing the plaintiffs and how much they will be rewarded for their efforts.

It's pretty clear that the AG is planning to settle out of court, and in that case, it would never go before a judge, "in order to save the taxpayers money." 😂

@Thinkerbell Scenario is - we're likely to settle because DOJ thinks there is a very real possibility they will lose the cases in court. Just us cleaning up more mess from the last administration. Could have simply held and deported them together with no fuss.

We'll never know, because the AG will see to it that the DOJ rolls over and plays dead, so that it will never go to trial; Garland wouldn't want to risk winning the case after his lawyer friends contributed so much to getting Biden elected. 😂😂😂
