Then he denies in a follow up that he said that.
He’ either lying or does not have the mental ability to remember what he says.

He seems to have said that the $450k/person figure was garbage. Don’t think he contradicted that part since. I’m guessing the actual settlements will be lower, but we will see.

@QuixoticSoul what I posted was that he said it was garbage (the report w/,that figure) Then he stood before cameras and microphones and told everyone he did not say that had said it was garbage.The amount is not what I was trying to point out.
