That being said, do you think Napoleon gave a damn whether or not Jefferson owned slaves when he sold Louisiana to the US?
Did you know that slavery was brought to what became the United States by the British and lasted less than 100 years in the US? And the US was the only country which fought a war to end slavery? Of course you don't know that. Because you've always been brainwashed "BuT MerIcA EviL" and "BUt muH SlaVerY."

I also know that the British stopped it Long before we did and from Day one people were fighting against, Harriet Tubman, the underground railroad and all that.

Personally I think US politics has been on a down hill slide since about 1965, and really haven't cared for any of them
