Why should I listen, wait, I don't.

@SW-User Yeah, because climate change is so last year. That'll teach the human race to listen to logic.
IronHamster · 56-60, M
@Graylight Climate has been changing for the life of the planet. In the 1600s we had glaciers covering the Ohio valley. A thousand years ago the North Sea was so warm the Norsemen could traverse it in their longboats.

The two questions are, is the current change anthropogenic, and, if it is, can it be changed?
Graylight · 51-55, F
@IronHamster Climate change doesn't worry me. The Earth will be fine long coming long after we're gone. But why sit tacitly back and gaze at the results of our actions which serve only to hasten our demise?
IronHamster · 56-60, M
@Graylight I am a conservationist, but I am not a believer in anthropogenic climate change.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@IronHamster Okay. Fair enough.
