Why can't we ever have a female president when other states have female governors, female mayors, and female senators?

Harris was probably the worst choice of a nominee ever and it wasn’t because she is a woman.

@Askeladd As a woman, as a gay woman, I can 100% agree with you! Neither of the women who have run for President were qualified for the position. There will come a day when we will have a female President. But Kamala and Hillary were the worst choices to represent women.
