I Think Donald John Trump, Is A Moron

So, Donald Trump’s Health Care Bill is dead in the water. And who does the moron blame? The Democrats, because they wouldn’t support it.

Wrong you idiot. None of the medical associations supported it and, this is the clincher Mr Trump so pay attention, neither did the Republicans. That’s why Paul Ryan pulled it from the election process.

The Democrats did exactly what the Republicans did to Obama. They did what the divisive partisan system encourages them to do. Block whatever the other side is trying to put into place.

Seven years. That’s how long the Republicans have been bleating on about “Obama Care”. Seven years and the Republicans couldn’t come up with a viable alternative.

That’s two things that Trump has tried to put into place that have failed miserably. The first was his immigration ban which was trounced by the courts. The second is his Health Care Bill which never even made it into Congress.

It’s a shame that the American love for the “three strikes and you’re out” ideology only covers baseball and the American penal system. Just imagine if it extended to the Presidency.

Strike three – Trump’s budget! Watch this space.

100 % agree! 👌
Furthermore: The Republicans had YEARS now to think about what to do different/better with Obamacare. But it's easier to shout always "No! No! No!" instead to make an own, better plan.
Trump's health bill did not pass because the Freedom Caucus aka Tea Party didn't agree with it. Yeah, it was THAT bad. David Koch (gazillionaire) pledged millions to GOPers who did NOT back the bill.

It was a bad bill.
Almost as bad as his unscrupulous budget 🙄

I am afraid akindheart has a point. Presidents of the United States - the Executive Branch - do not write or submit legislation; the fault lies with the Republicans in Congress - the Legislative Branch - who were forced to withdraw their badly crafted Bill by President Trump when he saw it had no chance.

To update...the "moron" billionaire (rather a self-contradiction in terms, no?) Trump has in his first 5 months in office got Obamacare repealed, a Conservative majority on the Supreme Court - the third, Judicial Branch - the reversal of Obama-era restrictions on energy production and God Willing will announce when he visits Israel the relocation of the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem where it and the others belong.

Really though, a man like yourself, who can appreciate fine poetry and good books, should really know better than to call people "morons" and "idiots" simply because they -inoffensively - disagree with you, true? I feel confident you don't need to do it.

@Abrienda: do I really come across as someone who thinks that those who disagree with me are either stupid or evil???

I do object to people wishing that I "would come round to their way of thinking". My position is, give me your arguments, give me your reasoning, if required, give me your evidence. Then allow me to examine it all and make up my own mind. If we disagree, to me, that's part of the rich fabric of life. If we agree, let's tackle a new topic. I'm positively voracious when it comes to learning new things and new perspectives.

@room101: As the Orson Welles character in "Black Magic" said "Appearences are notoriously deceiving..." but to me, yes, I am afraid you do. As for "coming around" if I believe I have the correct perspective on something I feel obligated to save you from yourself by friendly persuasion and example. It is the least I can do!

@Abrienda: well, maybe I'm very multi-faceted 😂

I'm open to your attempts to save me..............so long as you are equally open lol.
I recently saw a Judy Woodruff (PBS) interview with Warren Buffet about Healthcare. "I'm not an expert on the subject but I think a single source payer, Medicare, would work."
@room101: More of his inane tweets today and Ivana's also.

@softspokenman: I'm not on tweeter. If I was, those two con artists would be the last people that I would follow.
@room101: I don't have tweeter either, saw it on the news.

Oh you mean like a foreigner commenting on the geography of The British Isles when she can't even understand what an island is.

Donald Trump beat out a field of 17 to become the Republican Nominee, then went on to beat the Democratic Nominee. Quite a feat for a "moron" as the thread title calls him!
room101 · 51-55, M
@lou502008: not at all. It simply proves how gullible and moronic his supporters are.
