The US national debt doubled from $20 trillion to $40 trillion over the last ten years. Remind me, who has been president for the majority of those ten years?? And who has passed massive tax cuts without spending cuts in each of his terms???

The actual number will be meaningless, because there will be no value in the $US. Soon the global currency will be pegged to gold again. Watch the $US plummet when that happens..😷
@DLight Every empire so far has made the same mistake. But America made a giant leap from decipit funding by investment bonds (T Bills) to deficit funding for its own sake, deliberately debasing thr currency.it sold the world as a reserve currency. Effectively selling is deficit to the world for us to pay off..😷

@DanielsASJ Biden was sending money to Ukraine to keep them alive, unlike Trump who uses the money to build monuments for himself, a bunker to hide in when he does his next bad thing, and ICE so they can murder Americans. I dunno, I would take Biden's spending as Heroic where Trumps is just insanity.
