Trump shares list of grievances against GOP

[media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEK1n-TXBuI]

Recent polling shows that President Trump is underwater on a number of key issues, including prices, foreign policy, the economy, immigration and public safety. Trump says it's not his fault, sharing a list of grievances against the GOP and a list of his own accomplishments on social media.

Abby Phillip's "NewsNight" panel debates if Trump is right to blame his own party for voter anger and his polling numbers.

0:00 With less than 3 months to midterms, Trump is underwater on the main issues
1:55 Caroline Sunshine: "People aren't believing the talking points anymore."
3:20 Bakari Sellers: "The talking points aren't the problem. This presidency...has been a failure"
5:38 Sellers: "Listen! You can't beat the same drum"
10:28 Geraldo Rivera: "He can't get the prices down, he can't win the damn war. . ."

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot, Demented Donnie! Who the hell do you think you are fooling?

Inflation increased due to Iran war.

“Energy is going to bring us back. That means we’re going down and getting gasoline below $2 a gallon.”
— Economic Club of New York, Sept. 5, 2024

“Young people will be able to buy a home again and be a part of the American dream. We will eliminate regulations that drive up housing costs, with the goal of cutting the cost of a new home in half. … The regulations alone cost 30 percent. Regulation cost 30 percent of a new home.”
— Economic Club of New York, Sept. 5, 2024
Nope. US median home prices haven't budged

“Reducing mortgage rates is a big factor. We’re going to get them back down to, we think, 3 percent, maybe even lower than that, saving the average homebuyer thousands of dollars per year.”
— Economic Club of New York, Sept. 5, 2024
Nope. Mortgage rates are stuck near 7%.

“Costs were going to go way up, and that’s what happened, and now I’m bringing them way down on health care and everything else.”
