Do you consider Melania Trump an English speaker?

She's got a very heavy accent, which is to be expected, but she seems to be reading from a script for her public appearances, including the one where she's commenting on a robot, so I have no idea.

@Northwest. I think her inability to pronounce words is even more than an accent. I really do wonder whether she would be considered “conversational” in English.

@Northwest Exactly! Now, I appreciate it’s not someone’s fault for not being intelligent, but did she even try? She came to the US in 1996. 30 years and you still sound like someone reading English for the first time?

She has a program for youth called - Be Best.
I think that's a fragmented sentence and shows what kind of English skills she has. Cheers!
