How do you kill a kid - like - like - like - candy?

In a resent interview Trump was asked when the war in Iran would end. He didn't answer but he did say "Iran was killing kids like - like - like candy". Like like like that doesn't make sense. But it does make me wonder who killed more kids - Trump or Iran. In the first week of Trumps war 200 school kids were killed and who knows how many were killed since then. Cheers!
