Does Trump need a WTF moment?

Trump has said that he is going to call Canada's PM and demand he do something about the smoke from the Canadian forest fires. When Trump calls Carney should jump in before Trump starts talking and say - yah Donald you are going have to do something about that forest fire smoke that is coming into Canada from Minnesota. And if you don't do something about it we will have to cut off the electricity we supply to Michigan so we will have more electricity to keep our tomatoes cool. Then Carney should say - Hey it's French O: Clock - the rest of this conversation will be conducted in Canada's second official language. Cheers and happy weekend!
