He's returned to an earlier threat to blow up iranian's bridges, power plants, water infrastructure, etc.

He's regarding the entire Iranian citizen base as his own personal combined enemy.

The Iranian fundamentalist regime will now be planning the biggest, ugliest, most destructive reign of terrorism against the USA ever and Trump knows it will primariliy happen after he stops being President so he can't be held responsible for orchestrating the pointless deaths of countless US citizens on US soil.
