Is Trump's state of mind caused by - a mental condition - prescription drug abuse - a blunt force brain injury?

It is probably a bit of all 3 but I think mostly it is because of a blunt force brain injure. In the Eptein files it was said that once Trump was so busy eye balling young girls in a pool he walked into a glass door so hard it left his face impression on the door - which might of seriously damaged his frontal lobe.
Not sure about this part but maybe the reason doctors can't tell Trump has a brain injure is because Trump has a really really fat head so the machines can't detect it. Cheers and happy weekend!

Maybe, and maybe it's age.

But think about how hard it is to keep up with lies. The man has been blatantly been pushing against objective facts publicly since the 1980s at least and that has to be a strain to even to sociopaths.

On top of that, he's President, with all of the normal pressure, plus the burdens of being the leader of a cult built on antisocial principles like dishonesty and contempt for others, which, when you think about it, is not really stable.

MAGA is built on selfishness, fear, and contempt for others. It's not about Kumbaya or really about conserving or uniting except through momentarily focusing hatred on others.

I don't think there has to be much of a biological reason for him.
