If a democratic president was accused of even 1/10th of what Trump is, what would the response be?

@jackson55 Al Franken was excoriated after just the hint of inappropriate behavior towards women in his past, before he ever entered politics. And the Democrats were at the forefront of those asking him to step down. Biden didn’t run again at the request of his own party.

Trump was a convicted criminal and not only still allowed to run for President— people still voted for him. I think at this point the GOP is way ahead in terms of “circling the wagons” to protect a corrupt candidate.
