How is the war in Vietnam different than the war in Iran?

I guess the use of drones is a difference. But there are a few scary similarities. North Vietnam had millions and millions of people that were hell bent on killing Americans – and so does Iran. In Vietnam the terrain made finding the enemy hard for America and it will probably be the same in Iran. Cheers!
