A medical physicist who served with me was too small—they didn’t make combat boot small enough to fit her so she had a waiver. Her uniforms were special order and it could take months for her to get new uniforms each time there were changes to the uniforms.
Pilots can be too tall or too heavy. There used to be height restrictions for submarine service, too, but those may have gone away at some point.
But—heck—good patriot that he is, I’m sure ole Barron would be proud to have bilateral amputations of his legs to cut him down to size! /S
