Did I ever tell you that I kissed a Mexican watermelon and I liked it?
If I have – after Trump’s State of the union speech I thought I better say it again - I kissed a Mexican watermelon and I liked it. In the speech Trump once again claimed that American consumers aren’t paying more for their goods because of tariffs. But in reality they are. Plus American businesses are losing customers all around the world because of Trump’s tariffs.
In my case it was the US watermelon businesses. Before Trump started getting tariff crazy I had never bought a Mexican watermelon in my life – I always bought US watermelons. But now because of Trump’s tariffs I only buy Mexican watermelons – and I now like it that way. Cheers!
