Especially those unions representing building and hospitality-trade workers might welcome it - but I would think they will expect the employees having decent wages and employment-contract conditions, and that the employers will obey all relevant Australian, employee-protection, tax and operational laws.
I don't know but I imagine Australia is more strict on these than the USA.

@CreyvinMoorhead I would have to second that. If not personally, he certainly stands for everything most Australians are instinctively against..😷
