I do agree that Trump triggered many countries to meet their NATO spending commitments and even plan to exceed them in the future. It's good we are pulling our fair share. Also because the world does not see the US as reliable anymore.

Sadly, this is true.
However, it seems as if this is not fake. What threw me off was the use of "Noble", as opposed to "Nobel".
I would have thought there's a PR team doing this, and they surely understand the difference between "Noble" and "Nobel", but it gets even worse, he seems to be writing his own stuff.
Which is the real scary part.
A few days ago, when he announced our invasion of Venezuela, something like after midnight in Florida, a New York Times reporter called his cell number and he picked up and started chatting with the reporter, unfiltered.
It turns out the NYT knew about the operation, from inside sources at the department of war, but did not report on it, to maintain operation security.
It speaks volumes that you can't tell if it is fake or not.
