The World Isn’t Protesting America — It’s Quietly Planning Around It
There are no angry speeches, no dramatic walkouts, no official break with Washington. And that’s exactly the problem. New data shows foreign travel to the U.S. continues to slide while the rest of the world rebounds, investment patterns shift, and allies quietly adjust their strategies. From Canada’s fading border traffic to Europe’s push for autonomy and Asia’s turn inward, the signal is subtle but unmistakable: trust in U.S. predictability is eroding. This isn’t anti-American backlash — it’s global risk management. And once countries learn how to operate without centering America, the path back may not be guaranteed.

@Khenpal1 the path back may not be guaranteed? There is no path back. The rest of the world isn't going to build their own factories, software, etc. for a few years until Trump leaves office. That's an investment for decades and once they can handle everything on their own, they have no reason to become dependent again. These shifts are permanent. It's ironic that "America First" did the whole world a huge service that way at its own expense, but thanks!

@Khenpal1 Depending on your perspective. (Mine is always economic) Here is how the current American situation fits into both economic history and the current political events..😷
