Could Mr. Trump be forced to accept discommedation?

Whereas treason would result in a death sentence; which is perhaps a bit extreme! Discommedation would simply have he and all of his family be subject to exile and the equivalent of dishonorable discharge (temporary exile) of the benefits of being American for 7 generations. With all damages caused by Mr. Trump to be paid in full by the Trump family and its descendants.
I vote for this as a solution to the dishonorable Mr. Trump and his family of rejects.
