Individual states do not have the right to impose their laws on other states, that is the reason for the convention on international law which most states are obliged by as members of the United Nations. Is Trump going to take the USA out of the UN as well as NATO?

@Ximenajacoba where was all of your International law when all those drugs were illegally flowing to the US? Maduro and his wife were wanted in the US and had outstanding warrants.
