Is Trump right about TDS being fatal?

Today on Truth Social Trump claimed that the death of Rob Reiner and is wife were linked to a mind crippling disease known as TDS.
Rob Reiner and his wife haven’t even been dead for a day – and Trump is talking trash like that.
