Why doesn't Trump get impeached for murdering people at sea?

If they are foreign nationals in their home or international waters, would such acts come under international law?

I see it as right the drug-runners' boats and goods are sunk, but totally wrong the people themselves are gratuitously killed rather than arrested alive.

Trump claims illegal drugs kill 250.000 Americans a day which is probably a inflated number. Drugs do kill a lot of Americans and the drug that kills most of them is fentanyl.
Venezuela does not produce fentanyl – they produce coke and cannabis. The boats Trump is sinking are not capable of reaching Americas shore without stopping to refill fuel about 20 times (drug dealers don’t like to stop for gas). The boats Trump is sinking were probably headed for Trinidad and they would be loaded with with coke or weed. Trump also claims the boats he sinks had crews of 7 or so – those kind of boats usually only have a crew of 2 – one to drive and one to throw the drugs overboard if the cops show up. There is a lot of BS to Trump’s claims and he has a lot of blood on his hands. Cheers!
