So Trump is thinking of sending Tomahawk Missiles to Ukraine.

Probably not the wisest move he has ever made. The Tomahawk is pretty much obsolete. It's top speed is around 550 MPH which isn't very fast. It is nuclear capable which may cause Russia to launch its nukes should a tomahawk be seen approaching Russia. Of course the biggest problem is the US doesn't have any. I am sure it has a few in the military museums but other than that it will take several years to build even a small arsenal.

It is more than that. Previously, all the weapons were provided by other nations, even if they were made by the US and we gave those nations permission to provide them to Ukraine.

What it means now is that we have crossed a line being directly involved with the war. Russia knows they won't be nuclear, but the Tomahawks will be able to hit Moscow.

If we aid Ukraine , China will openly aid Russia.
Because China knows that if Russia falls and it is split up into several smaller nations, as many would like to see it do, then China will be the next target.

@DallasCowboysFan Or China just happily swallows up Eastern Siberia.

@22Michelle NATO is the only reason the war is happening. It is very involved. Look at the equipment being supplied to Ukraine. There are lots of NATO troops on the ground. One of them a Lieutenant General from Canada was captured by Russia. He was running a bioweapons lab in Eastern Ukraine when Russia took control of the area before he could get out.

@hippyjoe1955 Utter bollocks. There are lots if foreign fighters that have been captured, killed, etc whilst serving with both Ukranian and Russian forces. If NATO was involved the war would have been over in days.

@22Michelle Sigh. Many of the weapons used by Ukraine are not operated by Ukraine. They are operated by NATO troops. Remember Kursk? That was an almost purely NATO operation. NATO is a bit of a toothless tiger as it is finding all of its much vaunted weapons systems are very vulnerable to drone attack. Just look at the Abrams and Challenger and Leopard and the AMX, tanks. They all got blown up. The F16 has been shot down more than it shot down any Russian aircraft, The Bradly is little more than a shake and bake.
I wouldn't send them Watchapachaslovians Anything. They don't want to end the war. If they did, It would have been over with years ago.
He won't actually do that.
First, the USA is running low,
And the Ukraine is losing fast.
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
@Khenpal1 Yeah not really. They fly low and slow and any good anti aircraft missile will have little difficulty taking it out. It can't take evasive action. It just follows its GPS and terrain map to site.

@hippyjoe1955 anyway , Trump is BS with it.
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
@Khenpal1 Completely agree with you there. Those missiles will never be used in Ukraine.

Its empty talk . Its perfect missiale in upgrated version , but Ukraine will need 500 of them and freedom to use them at will.
