Americans, how do you feel about Trump phasing out FEMA?

This is what they voted for. Except, like everywhere, some people didn’t .

@bijouxbroussard what he plans on doing is to set up a different agency that he can control by region. So all three states on the west coast better be on the lookout. Northeast States as well need to be on the lookout.

He wants to pull political strings on emergency aid.

@DeWayfarer Our problems are wildfires and the rare earthquake. Many of the states with the biggest annual problems are red.

Yet the South will get preferencial treatment.

@DeWayfarer They’re not all happy, either. There have been delays, and FEMA going away won’t make that easier. Trump doesn’t keep his promises to anyone.

@bijouxbroussard it's all apart of a reorganization for emergency aid. Project 2025 called for it I believe.

@bijouxbroussard I hope their property is destroyed by flooding and tornados and displaced amongst the population stripped of FEMA helping feed or house them collectively; Justice is swift.
