@FreestyleArt When I was in school the cafeteria food was good. It was made by school cooks, not contractors. These contractors will put prepackaged Rice Krispy squares on the plates of grade schoolers for desserts. Our bread and other baked items were baked at the school, the food tasted good too.

@FreestyleArt It got contracted when my daughter was in high school. The students saw mold in some of the food and I told my daughter not to eat in there any more.

@FreestyleArt She was eligible for reduced meals due to my income. I told her not to eat there any more. The next year during enrollment they sent home a form to fill out for reduced meals. Told her she wasn’t going to be eating there. Someone from the office told her to take home another form and I didn’t fill it out. I got called by someone and told that there weren’t enough students filing for reduced meals and that they were giving everyone who qualified for reduced meals free lunches. Told her no, she had immune system problems and the students had seen mold in the food and that she was allergic to it and would have bad diarrhea if she ate anything with mold.
