I don't think it was his video ("his" meaning he created it or ordered it authorized)
some other rabid person did it
BUT he passed it around and made it nationally known while he smiled at it - so he IS equally guilty for perpetuating it.
Not quite as sick as Kathy Griffin walking around with a fake decapitated Trump Head - but they are in the same club in my opinion.
This is a sick evil world - and the people that should be keeping the wheels on the bus...are loosening the lug nuts instead.
