Technically, she said there is an Epstein file which we knew already.

Do you think Epstein kept a list of names with the age of the girl they had sex with and how much he blackmailed them for? Like the guy in Casino who kept receipts?
@KunsanVeteran Again, we don't know if Epstein was blackmailing anyone. I believe he committed suicide as he was despondent over the prospect of life in prison.

If he had been blackmailing people, Maxwell would have made a deal to avoid prison and would have gone into witness protection.

Blackmail also doesn't always work. If the person is rich and powerful enough, and not particularly famous (or even if they are), they could react with "fine, go ahead and release the tapes, and then I will tell law enforcement who provided the girl to me."
@LeopoldBloom You are correct that we don’t know. But given the reactions of tRUMP and his misadministration, it is ripe ground to speculate. And Epstein was much, much smarter than tRUMP. He found tRUMP to be a valuable asset as Mar a Lago was one of his recruiting sites of vulnerable teenage girls attracted to money.

tRUMP, as criminals go, certainly doesn’t rank in the highest percentile of intelligence—after all, he stolen troves of Top Secret documents and rather clumsily “hid” them at Mar a Lago and even openly shared them with his quests. Epstein would never have been so careless.

Then there’s Maxwell. Her actions going all the way back have been very calculated and cagey, but she certainly has information she could use against tRUMP and even someone as dumb as him knows it!
@KunsanVeteran If Maxwell had more information, she would have made a deal with the Biden administration.

What I can't figure out is why Trump allowed Bondi to make the announcement of "nothing to see here, move along." He usually has a good grasp of how his base will react. He must have known they would lose their shit. What he should have done is stalled by saying "we are putting together a huge case, the biggest case anyone has ever seen" and they would have accepted that.

I was listening to a local conservative radio station this morning. The commentator, I believe, is nationally syndicated. He was reading letters/emails he received from tRUMP voters who were saying how they were ranging from “disappointed” to “outraged” over tRUMP’s misadministration’s handling of the Epstein List/File. The commentator (who is a staunch MAGA) said that tRUMP owes it to his voters to come clean on this because so many of them voted for him based on his promise of complete transparency!

Maybe we’ve actually reached a bridge too far that at least some of his voters won’t cross—child sex trafficking/exploitation.

Remember, tRUMP wanted Matt Gaetz as his top pick to be his Attorney General and the backlash over the FBI’s investigation documenting credible evidence that Gaetz committed sex trafficking kill that nomination.

And we saw how unhinged tRUMP became at that press conference when the reporters kept asking him about his back tracking on the Epstein File…

More importantly as someone else pointed out, why is Maxwell in prison for servicing people on a non existing list?
@Convivial She is in prison for servicing one person to...Jeffrey Epstein. That was sufficient, they didn't need a list.
She lost the one true faith in DJT for a moment.
Nothing to see here! Move along!
@Notmesam That’s what tRUMP would have you believe.

So clearly that’s a lie!
MAGA world outraged over DOJ's handling of Epstein investigation
